It’s time to get into the holiday spirit and help support a good cause as well. Upriver Youth
Leadership Council (UYLC) will revive Kamiah’s Annual Festival of Christmas.
Trees, wreaths, and holiday arrangements will be designed and donated by local crafters and auctioned off in a lively silent auction. Decor will go on display and bidding will begin
November 27th at the UYLC office located at 413 Main Street in Kamiah. Decor will be on
display at and up for bid until December 1st, after the Community Christmas Lighting Ceremony. Bidding will close at 8:00 p.m. Visitors will also be able to vote for the “Best of Show” winner.
There will be a limited number of “Spotlight” trees, several wreaths decorated in various spectacular holiday themes by local artistic merchants, and Christmas centerpieces and other decor. A complete list of sponsors and their themes will be advertised at a future date.
